    7. Don't use my material to torture yourself. If you don't like what I've written, shoot me an email to vent your frustrations and thoughts, and click out immediately to do something else. Don't keep reading it if it makes you suffer. Don't expect me to reply or post it here. I shouldn't have the power to live rent-free in your head with words on a screen.
